We established Wilson Fletcher in 2002 to solve strategy and design problems for leading organisations who rely on the internet. Since then, our team has grown to 15 specialists and we have delivered more than 150 projects for our clients.

A flexible, grown up approach.
We're comfortable working with all sorts of organisational structures, and can safely navigate an equally wide range of challenging political problems. We're happy working with people of all sorts too, from the most informed to the complete novice.
We believe that flexibility contributes directly to success - we have rarely worked the same way on two projects. We have the experience to understand how to deliver projects successfully using the methods that suit each organisation, whether they start with a 200-page requirements document or, as is more common for us, a simple "help!"

Better, not bigger.
Our team can tackle projects of immense scale and complexity: our largest project runs to millions of pages, and our smallest was a single-page redesign that we took just as seriously. We're not interested in growth for the sake of it: we're currently 15 people, and we're happy at the size we are. There's no 'B' team here: we take time to find people who have both the skills and experience that we need. Everyone is capable of doing an excellent job, and they're all part of a dedicated permanent team.
