Strategy roles

We’re looking for some brilliant strategy-minded people to join our team. If you are wired to think about solving big, open questions, we'd love to hear from you. We work a full-pay, 4-day week here because we know that a great team culture inspires brilliant thinking – and that's what matters most to our clients.

About you.

At Wilson Fletcher, we hire people, not CVs. We do need you to have a decent body of experience behind you (5 or more years in relevant roles) but we'll hire a brilliant thinker who's a perfect fit over an impressive set of skills on paper every time.

Business designer

Do you design commercial propositions and business models?

Commercial thinking runs throughout our work here, so we're looking for someone who can think creatively with numbers, business models and commercial strategies.

Concept strategist

Can you turn big open questions into tangible, inventive concepts?

Most of our work involves shaping new concepts. This role will suit someone who can generate lateral ideas and turn new opportunities into well-articulated concept solutions.

Storyteller

Can you capture and communicate a big idea in words?

Words play a big part in our work, so we're keen to find a talented wordsmith who can work with the team to synthesise ideas, develop strategic narratives and frame big concepts in a few words.

What’s it like working at Wilson Fletcher?

Our first 17 years have been built on a distinctive set of principles, and these have never been more important as we build the next generation of the company.

These should give you a flavour of what its like to work here

  • A small, senior team that clients work with closely.

  • A flat culture where everyone has a voice in everything we do and there are absolutely no communications boundaries

  • A culture more like a family than a company, where everyone is the same in the studio as the bar.

  • A belief that work/life balance is a ridiculous concept for people who love what they do.

  • A place where doing the best possible work always comes before making as much money as possible.

  • A team that works together every day because collaboration always leads to better thinking.

  • A company where ‘we’ always, and very naturally, comes before ‘I’.

  • A place for people who don’t take themselves too seriously, where wine o’clock is a thing and the dog a force of nature.
