About you.

At Wilson Fletcher, we hire people, not CVs. We do need you to have a decent body of experience behind you (5 or more years in relevant roles) but we'll hire a brilliant thinker who's a perfect fit over an impressive set of skills on paper every time.

Business designer

Do you design commercial propositions and business models?

Commercial thinking runs throughout our work here, so we're looking for someone who can think creatively with numbers, business models and commercial strategies.

Concept strategist

Can you turn big open questions into tangible, inventive concepts?

Most of our work involves shaping new concepts. This role will suit someone who can generate lateral ideas and turn new opportunities into well-articulated concept solutions.


Can you capture and communicate a big idea in words?

Words play a big part in our work, so we're keen to find a talented wordsmith who can work with the team to synthesise ideas, develop strategic narratives and frame big concepts in a few words.
